Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our heritage quality wool and cotton textiles.
What makes Faribault Mill products unique?
Since 1865, we have been crafting high-quality wool and cotton blankets, throws, and accessories. Our products are made in one of the last vertical woolen mills in America, ensuring every step from raw fiber to finished goods meets our rigorous standards of durability and comfort.
How should I care for my wool blanket?
Most of our wool blankets are dry clean only to maintain their shape and texture. However, we also offer a selection of 'Carefree Wool' and cotton items that are machine washable. Always check the specific care label on your product for best results.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping across the United States. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized or custom-embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will work to provide a replacement or repair.
Are Faribault Mill products sustainably made?
Sustainability is at our core. Wool is a natural, renewable, and biodegradable fiber. By creating heirloom-quality goods designed to last for generations, we help reduce waste and promote a more sustainable textile industry.
